Renovations and additions to the Barren County School system main campus includes new construction of a 15,000 s.f. ROTC Building, a 4,700 s.f. Band Room Addition, a 2,800 s.f. Annex and two Restroom renovations

A new school facility for the Elizabethtown Independent School system will house their pre-school and kindergarten classrooms as well as the Family Resource Center. The building includes renovations to an existing gymnasium and cafeteria. The building totals 28,823 square feet of new construction and 19,250 of renovated space.

The 150-acre Elizabethtown Sports Park features 12 baseball and softball diamonds, 10 natural turf soccer and football fields, 2 full-size synthetic turf fields and a diamond for physically disabled athletes. The sports park also includes six concession buildings, pavilions to house meeting spaces and locker rooms, four playgrounds, Wi-Fi access so events can be viewed live on the Internet and a three-mile-long running and walking path that circles the complex.

This project consisted of constructing a new Gallery, catering kitchen and restrooms (8,691 s.f.) and the interior and exterior renovation of an existing 7,498 s.f. building into a “Black Box” theater and offices. The project was completed in thirteen (13) months and incorporated many historic building features and materials including extensive terrazzo flooring, spandrel glass wall sections and a complete rebuilding of the historic neon marquee. Despite significant redesign and additive change orders during construction, the project came in at budget and completion was delayed by only thirty days.
