Our experience has been in diverse building markets: commercial, industrial, churches, institutional, multi-family and recreational. Our professional team has more than 200 years of experience in specialized fields. These include management, marketing, finance, design, costing and cost control, technology, on-site supervision, quality control and safety.

We approach construction from a functional, common sense viewpoint. Cost factors are rated before estimates are prepared, giving specific consideration to building codes and regulations. We analyze alternatives to reach practical cost effective solutions, looking beyond the present requirement to the future needs. We continuously study new technology and its application to client needs.

Project Managers coordinate the work to maintain quality standards and deadlines. On-site Job Superintendents use skilled workers, modern techniques and equipment, and a rigorous quality control program. Local subcontractors are used, when possible, based on our estimate of their abilities and resources. Adequate competent craftsmen, experience and financial capability are a must.
