Design/Build of a 44,000 s.f. office building housing the corporate operations of iPay Technologies, a high-tech data processing company. Building was designed using a Butler Manufacturing pre-engineered building system and Koretech insulated wall panels with and EIFS exterior finish. The interior featured very modern, open space with raised computer floors in several areas. 

Design/Build of a two story office building to house the North American headquarters of Akebono Brake. Building design utilized the Butler pre-engineered building system and Koretech insulated wall panels. Features a large window wall feature that allows natural light in the lobby areas of both floors.
